(vodi\u010dsk\u00fd preukaz, sob\u00e1\u0161ny list, rodn\u00e9 listy det\u00ed, karta poistenca zdravotnej pois\u0165ovne, doklad o&nbsp;\u010d\u00edsle bankov\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dtu, potvrdenia
