Our modern CNC machining line consists of 4 Pinnacle machining centres and is equipped with a manipulation robot providing automatic loading and unloading of parts, achieving maximum productivity and ideal for the production of larger batches.
The technological equipment for CNC machining is complemented by 2 additional vertical machining centres Microcut VMA3100 and Pinnacle VMC127 with manual loading, which allow machining of parts with a maximum dimension of up to 3,100 mm and a flexible clamping system SCHUNK Vero S, guaranteeing the fastest possible machine changeover and maximum flexibility.

The Microcut VMA3100 vertical machining centre enables machining of parts with a maximum dimension of 3 100 x 900 mm. The high-performance machine with an ISO 50 clamping cone, a 32-piece tool magazine, a workpiece and tool probe, achieves spindle speeds up to 6,000 rpm.
The Pinnacle VMC1270 vertical machining centre allows machining of parts with a maximum dimension of 1 270 x 610 mm. The high-performance machine with ISO 40 clamping cone, 24-piece tool magazine, workpiece and tool probe, achieves spindle speeds up to 8,000 rpm.
